A brief history of my working career gives a snap shot of what I can do around the house.

  • 3 years 2001-2004

    • Equipment technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining fully automated ice machines throughout the state.

  • 4 years 2004-2008

    • Project Manager and field water damage, asbestos, mold and bio hazard remediation Technician.

  • 5.5 years 2009-2014

    • years as a Senior Engineer maintaining HVAC Systems and Biomedical equipment.

My service include but are not limited to:

  • Furniture Assembly: Mount TVs, hang pictures and mirrors, install closet organizers, and assemble furniture like desks, tables, chairs, beds, shelves, and more.

  • Interior Paint and Stain: Interior paint and stain as in wood furniture, baseboards, doors, ceilings, and cupboards and yes walls.

  • Drywall Maintenance and Repairs: Drywall maintenance and repair— patching a hole, repair a nail pop, or remove old wallpaper

  • Minor Plumbing Tasks: Leaky faucets, install new bathroom hardware like a faucet or showerhead, and remove or apply caulking in the bathroom and kitchen

  • Minor Electrical Tasks: Replace a lightbulb, instal a new light fixture or ceiling fan, install home security cameras and equipment, and upgrade or change smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

  • Minor Carpentry Tasks: Build bookshelves and interior storage solutions, replace doors or add pet doors, repair or install kitchen cabinets, and replace or repair baseboards and window or door trim.

  • Window Coverings: Install blinds, curtains, and other window coverings.

  • Interior Winterization: Install or repair window film, weatherstripping, door sweeps, and foam insulation and caulking around doors and windows.

  • Babyproofing: Install outlet covers and safety locks, set up baby gates, and anchor furniture like dressers and bookshelves.

  • Door Hardware Installation: Install new doorknobs and handles as part of a remodel or upgrade. Install new deadbolts and locks for security purposes.

  • Tiling: Install, repair, and maintain tiles, including cleaning and applying grout and caulking.

  • Appliance Repair: Washer or Dryer malfunctions, leaks and replacements.
